Stacey Carroll

for Virginia House of Delegates HD-64

Stacey Carroll—a mother of three, military veteran, CPA, and foster parent—knows what it means to step up when it counts. Now, she’s stepping up again—this time to represent Stafford County in the House of Delegates. Stacey believes it’s time for common-sense leadership that puts families, working people, and our children first—not political agendas or Richmond power brokers.

With years of experience auditing government agencies, Stacey brings a sharp eye for accountability and a firm belief in responsible spending to this race. She’s committed to driving smart, practical solutions that grow our economy and strengthen our communities.

Stacey’s dedication goes far beyond her profession. In addition to volunteering her time across Stafford, Stacey is a dedicated foster mom who has fostered 22 teens. In 2024, she was honored as the Spotlight Resource Foster Parent of the Year, a testament to her tireless commitment and compassion.

Rooted in her faith and driven by purpose for the common good, Stacey Carroll is ready to fight for our schools, working people, stronger families, and a brighter future for District 64.

Education

Stacey knows education gives every child an opportunity in life to be whoever they want to be. Her top priorities include fighting for more school resources, increasing wages for teachers and support staff, and expanding after-school programs, vocational training, and job training opportunities.

Economy

Stacey is committed to working with Democrats and Republicans to lower costs and support sustainable economic development. By investing in local infrastructure, making wages competitive, and supporting the diversification of our local economy, we can meet the needs of our growing population.

Healthcare

Nothing is more important than protecting our loved ones and our health. Stacey will work to protect access to Medicaid, defend access to reproductive care, and stand up to drug companies to lower prescription drug costs.

We’re ready to flip Stafford’s HD-64, but we need your support. Join us by helping us campaign, talking with friends and family, or even by making a donation.
